Books

 Today the whole school received books donated by dominion construction.The book I got was called The baby-sitters club written by Raina Telgmeier based on a novel by Ann M. Martin.I can read the book and give it to others to enjoy too. Thank you dominion construction for all the books!

Maths - Rolling dice

Task description: For this task we had to go on a dice roller app  and we had to roll 2 dices and record what numbers we got in the table.We also have to write down how much different number combinations you will get if you roll 2 dices.Then we had to answer how many times did we get a double and how many rolls is it likely to take for Whaea Kelly to get a double and begin the game.

Te Reo Maori

Task description : For this task we had to learn how to say the time in Te reo Maori.Then we had fill in the gaps on slide 5 and slide 6.After we filled in the gaps we made our create task and I made a comic strip showing how to whats the time in Maori then I wrote down how to say the time is 6 o'clock.

Niue history

Task description:For this task we had to choose something new to learn about Niue.I chose to learn about Niue's history.After we learnt about Niue's history we had to make a poster showing 10 things we learnt.

Maths - Line graph

Task description:Today in maths we had to learn about how to use and tell a line graph.Then we had to answer the questions on the next few slides.After that we had to make our own line graph with our own data the we collected.

Te reo Maori

Task description:For this task we had to learn how to count in Maori.After that we had to learn how to from 1-30 in Maori.We also had to make a poster showing how to count from 1-30 in Maori.

Task description:For this task we had to make our own taha and I choose to make my own taha tinana.I learnt how to say I like playing netball in New Zealand sign language .

Task description : For this task we had to go on a New Zealand sign language dictionary where we found out how to say 3 different sports in sign language.We learnt who to say the 3 different sports in sign language to celebrate New Zealand sign language week.

Maths

Task description : For this task we had to watch a video about a myth and legend and then we had to answer some maths questions using roman numerals.We also had to make 20 questions in roman numerals we also had to get a buddy who would answer the questions.My favourite part of this task was learning about roman numerals.

Task description:For this task we had to learn how to write my name is and finger spell our name in sign language.

Tuvaluan Dance

Task description:For this task we had to write about what we had been doing all morning.In the morning we learnt a few things about Tuvalu.Example of something we learnt about Tuvalu , in Tuvalu in the evening there are not allowed any air crafts to leave or come because in the afternoon the air way gets turned into a play spot for the kids because in Tuvalu there is not much land so they work with what they got.

Task description:For this task we had to watch a video about Yoga and tai chi these videos focus on your breathing.We also had to make a poster that says how can these videos help you.

Task description:For this task we had to learn how to say different weathers in Maori.For our create task we had to make a video of you asking a friend what is the weather or we could make a comic strip.My favourite  part of this task was making the comic strip.

Task description : For this task we had to think of our favourite occasion with our family.Then we had to write down why it was our favourite occasion.

Task description:For this task we watched a few videos that had to do something with a sport.I watched the video about Valerie Adams and the video about Elina Vaha'ife'ao. After we watched the video we had to make a google drawing about the video you watched .My favourite part about this task was seeing them talk about there ahivments.

Task description :For this task we had to make a avatar of some people in your family .After you made there avatar you had to write down what they are to you (example like your mum) in Tongan.My favourite part of this task was creating the avatars.

Task description : For this task we had to convert units.We had to convert length and weight (example we had to convert mm to cm).My favourite part of this task was the code cracker at the end.
