Maths
Task description : For this task we had to remember every maths operation and every strategy to answer these questions.We had a few word problems at the start of the google slide.Then we had to answer a few multiplication problems using a partitioning strategy. Then we had to answer some division questions using the reverse strategy.
Term 2 Animation - Watercycle
Task description :For this task we had to create a animation explaining the water cycle using Hyperstudio . We could chose explain why volcanoes explode , Watecycle , air pollution and anything else in the four spheres.We had to first create a animation then we had to write a script and after we had to do a voice over.

Ki-O-rahi
Today Room 5 and Room 1 challenged each other at playing Ki o rahi. First we learnt how to play Ki o rahi by watching 2 videos about how to play ki o rahi and we also read a book about how to play Ki o rahi. We all got explained the rules about how to play Ki-O-Rahi .Room 5 got split into 2 groups and Room 1 got split into 2 groups.The first group from Room 1 played with the first group of room 5 for about half a hour.Then after the 1st group of room 5 played with the second group of room 1.

Maths - Thermometers
Task description:For this task we had to watch a two videos one was about thermometers and the other video was about 24 hour time.On the second slide there is a picture of a train timetable in 24 hour time.On the third slide there was a few word problems we had to answer using the train timetable.Then their was a game that helped us understand thermometers better.Then we had a create task and we had to make a thermometers using google drawing.

Task description:For this task I had to make a poster about Matariki. In this poster I explained what is Matariki how do you celebrate Matariki and what you do when it is Matariki. I wrote down everything I know about Matariki.
