During the 3 days that the year 8s had at camp the year 7s worked on  leadership skills.I stayed with the year 7s along with a couple of year 8s.

Day 1

On day 1 we first go introduced to our groups then when we go introduced to our groups we had to find a team name the group I was in went with team thunder. After we came up with a group name we came up with a chant. After that we presented our chant to the rest of the teams. After we did that we went to our first rotation which was a murder mystery. In our murder mystery we had try figure out who killed the party host. Then after that we had a sheet of paper with 40 riddles on and we had to try and find out what was the answer. Then after lunch we had a rotation of soccer.

On day 2 I didn't do much because I was filming. While I was filming my group was writing quotes and putting it in any shape. After that we went to team challenges. In team challenge team thunder was put into 3 different groups and they had to challenge each other. The first challenge was putting a cookie on your forehead and try get it into our mouth. Then the next challenge was cup stacking. Then after that we had time to write down our dream job and write down things you have to do to get that job.

Day 3

On day 3 we presented our chant again and then we also did some team challenges against the other teams. After morning tea we played a game when Mrs Ilaoa would give us a word and we had to come up with as many songs and we can with that word. After lunch the team with the most points got announced and the winners was team thunder.
